Making an Appointment

You can make an appointment to see the doctor of your choice when the premises are open by calling in person or by telephone: 020 7607 7502. Telephone lines are open from 8:50 to 19:00 hours except thursdays when surgery closes at 13:00 hours

You can also register for online services and book via the link at the top of this page.

Appointments are for ten minutes and it may be necessary to book another appointment or double appointment if you need more time. Urgent cases will be fitted in the same day if you feel too ill to wait until the first available appointment. You will be seen by an available doctor and only your immediate problem will be dealt with. Please make routine appointments to address other issues.

Medical students are sometimes in attendance. Please advise the receptionist if you want the student to leave the room during your appointment.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Telephone Advice

If you have been asked to phone in, or if you need urgent advice that cannot wait for an appointment, a doctor is available to speak to you between 12:30 and 13:00. The receptionist will ask for details of your enquiry to pass on to the doctor, who may then decide that an appointment is necessary.

Messages for doctors may be left with the receptionist.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
